This page explains our privacy policy and how we will use and protect any information about you that you give us when you visit this website. This privacy statement only covers the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills website at www.betterregulation.gov.uk. It does not cover any websites that you can link to from this site, so you should always be aware when you are moving to another website and read the privacy statement on that website.

What information do we collect?

If you create an idea or suggestion on the Better Regulation website, you may provide us with basic personal information so that we can contact you about your idea or suggestion. In that case, we may need to pass your details to the relevant Government department to enable them to respond to the issues you raise.

We welcome your feedback. If you provide feedback on the Better Regulation website through our on-line form we can use this information to develop and improve the site. We do not pass on any of your personal information unless you have given us permission or because the law requires us to do so.
